If an application (replacement or renewal) is done within Dar es salaam branches delivery will be within three days while if it is done in upcountry branches delivery will be a maximum of seven working days. Customers that have applied for FAO cards (Fast Account opening) will receive their cards immediately upon application/opening of accounts while cards for diaspora customers will be couriered to their desired addresses.

Customer can use their CRDB SimBanking to block their cards or can contact our call center or visit a CRDB bank branch near them for assistance.

The customer should visit a CRDB branch near them to fill out a chargeback form which will initiate the investigation into their complaint.
